feat(P2): create + edit id mappings in the Mapping tab

The binding form gains a Folder / ID toggle: an "ID" mapping takes any verbatim
label (a client id, machine name, …) instead of a folder path — no path
validation — and carries binding_type through create + edit, so an auto-mapped
clientId binding is editable without being re-validated as a filesystem path.
