Fix pdf-it: v2.0.0 dropped the Chrome dependency (#136)

pdf-it 2.0.0 replaced the Puppeteer + Chrome renderer with
@react-pdf/renderer. The entry still said "Requires Google Chrome installed
locally" and tagged "puppeteer" — neither is true anymore. Updated the
description and swapped the tag to react-pdf.
