Add Google Calendar MCP server definition (npx)

Add nspady.google-calendar-mcp-npx.json for @cocal/google-calendar-mcp.
12 tools: event CRUD, free/busy, multi-account, recurring events.
OAuth auth via Google Cloud credentials file.
