Adds the API Witchcraft MCP server (community.api-witchcraft): 16 domain-namespaced tools wrapping 20 pay-per-call x402/USDC endpoints on Base. Payment happens inside each tool — no API key required.
Verified tools/list + tools/call live. Ready for review.
