Adds Aperture Wallet Knowledge, Aperture's official no-auth Streamable HTTP MCP server. Its 12 tools return canonical public product, supported-mainnet, security, release, app-screen, and Journal knowledge. Every tool is read-only; the server cannot access wallets, credentials, balances, signing, broadcasting, or other wallet state.
