Summary

Adds Wellness Project, a hosted remote MCP server (HTTP + OAuth 2.1 with Dynamic Client Registration) that lets AI clients read and log a user's own workouts, meals, sleep, recovery, body metrics, labs and wearable data. I am the publisher.

• The "Validate PR" workflow shows action_required because this is my first contribution here and needs a maintainer to approve the run. All three checks pass locally on this branch.
• No credential inputs by design: the server uses OAuth 2.1 with Dynamic Client Registration, so the client discovers the auth server from https://wellnessproject.ai/api/mcp and the user signs in through the browser.
• I represent the publisher (wellnessproject.ai), so if the registry wants to mark this as a verified publisher, happy to do whatever domain verification you use.
