Adds Bilig WorkPaper to the default McpMux registry.

Bilig WorkPaper is a formula-backed WorkPaper MCP server for agents and backend services: edit spreadsheet-style cells through an API, recalculate formulas, verify exact readback, and persist WorkPaper JSON without UI automation.
