Adds TheCrawler as a GitHub-source MCP server definition.\n\nCurrent positioning is intentionally GitHub-source based because the public npm package is older than the validated-contract/MCP tooling. The definition asks users for the local \�ngine\ directory after cloning/building the public repo.\n\nValidation run locally:\n- \pnpm validate servers/io.github-manchittlab-thecrawler.json\n- \pnpm check-conflicts\n- \pnpm test\n\nNo API keys or personal data are required.
