Summary

Adds the hosted Utilia Streamable HTTP MCP server with six read-only tools: live Solana priority fees, transaction simulation, confirmed-transaction diagnostics, token-risk evidence, PDF-to-Markdown, and audio normalization. Hosted MCP tool calls use per-call x402 USDC settlement on Solana mainnet and require no API key.

Tool discovery is free. Utilia is read-only and never signs, submits, or mutates Solana state. The private production implementation is intentionally not the submitted source repository; the definition links the public audited buyer client and live remote MCP endpoint.

Maintainers, this definition validates cleanly and the hosted server is live at https://api.utilia.ink/mcp. It is also published in the official MCP Registry as ink.utilia/solana-preflight. The payment path has been validated through marketplace verification and prearranged external integration calls. Those validations are not organic customer sales. The production audit verifies Solana and Base payment challenges, networks, assets, receivers, and prices. I would appreciate a review when convenient and can adjust the definition if McpMux requires client-specific metadata.

The hosted MCP server and official registry entry remain live, and this definition is mergeable. Please review when possible, or name any McpMux-specific metadata that should be added.
