Add com.merlonix-monitoring (infrastructure monitoring)

Adds servers/com.merlonix-monitoring.json for Merlonix, a hosted remote MCP server (Streamable HTTP, https://api.merlonix.com/mcp).

• Publisher owns the merlonix.com domain → com.merlonix-* namespace.
• Remote/no-install; 8 public tools need no key (domain SSL/DNS/registration health, MCP-server health + A–F security grade, AI agent-readiness, email blacklist, broken-link scan, live status for 11 cloud vendors), optional API key unlocks 8 account tools.
• MIT bridge repo: https://github.com/cmhenry79/merlonix-mcp; also in the official modelcontextprotocol registry as com.merlonix/monitoring.

Local checks: pnpm validate → PASS · pnpm check-conflicts → no conflicts · pnpm test → 38/38.
